The Lofts was developed by Henry Turley Company and partners. Turley is a local legend famous for his ability to see potential where others see obstacles. Although he would be loathe to admit it, stability is also a trademark of Turley.  For 40 years he has been developing Downtown Memphis and with that comes the relationships and wherewithal to go the distance, the ability to see a project through to its conclusion and the insistance not to compromise on quality or value along the way.

The Lofts is the ultimate example of that. Initially, the building was re-developed in 2001 as apartments and re-invented as condos in late 2005.  In 2008, Turley opened the doors to a dual track of both sales and leasing. This preserved the pricing and value of the homes already owner occupied.
