Living in a Loft requires a certain attitude and an even greater responsibility.
Living in a Loft requires a certain attitude and an even greater responsibility. You are responsible for how you live; no longer can you say, “well, if the built-in desk was by the window I would be more inspired..." In a loft you put your desk on wheels and move it to wherever inspiration hits you. You set it up for what works one day and move it all around the next. Below you can take a tour of how people have done it at the Lofts at South Bluffs:

On the rooftop, the Lofts at South Bluffs offers the best views of the Mississippi River; the Skyline Club includes all the amenities to enjoy it: outside fireplace, pool, sauna, kitchen, and grills. The workout facilities are located next door on the prime Southwest corner of the roof so all residents have access to the best the building has to offer.
Walk outside The Lofts places and you (and your dog) are right in the middle of South Bluffs and connects you to the River via Tom Lee Park. Each loft also comes with a garage space in either the underground or the attached garage.
Outside your loft, (but inside The Lofts) your only responsibility is to enjoy your home. Meticulously maintained, the halls and common areas feature original work by local artists. The front foyer and every elevator lobby feature photographs taken in the neighborhood by former Lofts resident Dirk Ortego. Around every corner historic and architectural features are highlighted and converted into works of art including the Orgill Brother packing chute, original warehouse carts, the doors from D. Canale’s old building and the original neon sign.
